1. Why would you like to serve on Staff Congress?
I want to continue to serve on the Murray State Staff Congress, because I believe that it is a vehicle to enact change in the lives of our staff. During my tenure on Staff Congress, and on the executive committee, we have made progress toward improving the working lives of our staff. I want to continue the good work we have started, and see the changes we are working toward come to fruition.

2. Please list work experience and community involvement. I have worked in the Bursar’s Office as an accounting specialist (2011-2013); Office of Recruitment as an admissions counselor (2013-2016); Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority as an outreach counselor (2016-2017); and currently serve as the coordinator for graduate recruitment and retention in the Office of the Provost (2017-present). In my spare time, I work with the band program at a local high school, and am currently pursuing my doctorate, which takes a great deal of time. Once I complete my doctorate, I plan to increase my involvement in the local and university communities.
