I am eager to join MSU Staff Congress because I am passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where every voice is heard and valued. I believe in advocating for work-life balance, ensuring that staff members can thrive both professionally and personally. Additionally, I am a strong champion for remote work opportunities where possible, recognizing its role in enhancing flexibility and productivity. By serving on Staff Congress, I aim to contribute to meaningful discussions, represent the needs of my colleagues, and help shape policies that support a modern and balanced workplace. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Murray State University, which I earned in 1997. Over the past 25 years, I have built a successful career as an Information Technology professional and Software Developer, contributing my expertise across various roles and industries. For the past two years, I have been privileged to serve as a Systems Analyst at Murray State University, proudly contributing to the institution that first laid the foundation for my professional journey.
