I am seeking re-election to the Staff Congress because I am deeply committed to ensuring our staff members have a strong, clear voice in the university’s future. Having served this past term, I understand the unique challenges our community faces—from navigating workplace culture to advocating for fair professional development and benefits.
My goal is to provide continuity and advocacy. I believe that a successful university relies on the well-being and recognition of the staff who keep it running every day. If re-elected, I will continue to:
-Bridge the gap between staff concerns and administration policy.
-Promote transparency in decision-making processes.
-Foster an inclusive environment where every staff member feels valued and heard.
