- Why would you like to serve on Staff Congress?
I am running for re-election to Staff Congress because I am committed to continuing my advocacy for our colleagues and creating positive, visible change. Over the course of my previous term, I’ve had the privilege of being involved in providing recommendations that directly benefited our community. I’ve seen firsthand how effective collaboration and communication can lead to real improvements, and I want to keep building on that momentum. My goal is to ensure that every staff member feels heard, supported, and empowered. I’m excited to continue serving and making a lasting impact on our community.
